What does icq plus do?

Change Background images of dialog boxes.

Change main meno image.

Change animation ( set own animated gif or avi file instead of the standard icq animation).

Change style of dialog boxes, buttons and other controls individual dialog box settings.

Import or Export skin files via zip file.

Where do you unzip skins to?

ICQ plus has a feature build into do the unzipping for you.

Open up ICQ plus , Click on the import button and locate the skin.zip that you downloaded.

Select the skin.zip and the image will appear in the window for you to view.

Then select " OK " to have that be your icq theme.
